I've been investigating this issue in the quest-engine codebase. It appears to be related to the rendering pipeline when processing large sprite sheets. The bug manifests when the frame buffer exceeds the maximum allocation size.

I can confirm this issue. I've seen it happen on both mobile and desktop platforms. Working on a fix in the
rendering-fix branch.
